By accessing or using UrbanForge KindMind at urbanforge.bond (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you enroll minors, you represent you have appropriate consent and responsibility.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

4. Course Access and License

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course materials for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not share login credentials or resell content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

6. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

Prices are shown before checkout. Taxes may apply. Self-paced courses offer a 7-day refund if under 20% completed. Cohort programs allow refunds until 7 days before the first live session.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials are owned by UrbanForge KindMind or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and display such content for operating the Service.

9. Disclaimers

Courses provide educational information only. We make no warranties about outcomes, suitability, or accuracy for your specific context.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UrbanForge KindMind is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UrbanForge KindMind from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the Service. Provisions intended to survive termination do so.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in New York County.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post changes with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
